COVID-19 Update 4-16-20

At this time we are still planning on moving ahead with the Blue Tip Festival. Due to the recent situation we continue to struggle on what is in the best interest for our community. We are planning on making a final decision the week of May 11th, 2020 on whether to continue to plan ahead or make that very difficult decision to cancel.
